Breastfeeding classes will help you gain the confidence you need to help you on your way to a successful breastfeeding relationship with your new baby.

This class will cover

• The importance of breastfeeding.
• Basic breast anatomy
• Breastfeeding techniques, and signs of a proper latch.
• The partners role in breastfeeding.
• We will also discuss the challenges some monthers may face such as
  • Sore nipples
  • Engorgement
  • Mastitis
• The importance of support during breastfeeding.
• Resources to find the right help if help becomes necessary.
