Birth for Joy

Birth for Joy is committed to educating, empowering and supporting women throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.  We feel that birth is a normal and natural process and hope to help you achieve the birth experience you desire.

What We Do

We offer women resources on pregnancy and birth as well as postpartum information. We do this through childbirth education classes, breastfeeding classes, lactation consultation and informal meetings.  Doula services are also available throught the Capital Region!
